Help
Everything here is also inside the app, under Help, where the answers can link straight to the page that fixes each problem. This is the same content for anyone who has not installed it yet, or would rather read first.
Getting a bundle live
Four steps, and the app checks each one as you go.
- Create a bundle and pick a starting point. The templates set the rules up for you.
- Choose the products customers pick from, then set the offer: how many they choose and what they pay.
- Publish. The app refuses to publish anything a customer could not actually buy, and says what is missing.
- Add the storefront block in your theme editor. Settings, then Storefront, walks you through it and confirms it worked.
Something isn’t working
My bundle isn't showing on my store
Four things cause this, in order of how often they do.
The bundle is still a draft. Only published bundles are visible to shoppers, which is deliberate.
The storefront block was never added. This is by far the most common cause. Settings, then Storefront, reads your theme and tells you which half is missing.
The block is on a different theme. Setup applies to the theme that is published. If you set it up on a copy and then published a different one, it needs doing again.
The bundle's product is not published to the Online Store. Publishing does this for you, but it can fail on its own, and the app tells you when it does.
The discount isn't being applied at checkout
Almost always one thing: another app owns your shop's Cart Transform. Shopify allows one per shop across every app, and bundles still add to the cart normally without it, so nothing looks wrong until checkout.
The Settings page says so in plain terms. The other app is usually a bundling, gift with purchase, or custom pricing app, and it has to be uninstalled.
If Settings says pricing is working, the app version may not have reached your shop yet. That usually clears within a few minutes of installing.
Customers see an empty bundle
The products for that step resolved to nothing a customer can buy: an empty collection, or one where everything is sold out or set to draft.
Publishing refuses a bundle in that state, but a collection can empty out afterwards. Open the bundle and it re-checks what is available.
A product disappeared from my bundle
It was deleted, or moved out of active status, in Shopify.
The app flags the product rather than removing it, so you can see what happened and decide. Open the bundle to see which one.
Customers can't add more than one of the same product
That is the repeat limit. Open the bundle, go to the offer stage, and look for "Can they pick the same product more than once?".
Set it to "Yes, as many as they like" if a customer should be able to take three of the same thing.
I was charged but the app says I'm on Free
Shopify is the authority on this, not us. Opening the Plans page asks Shopify what is actually active and corrects itself.
If it still disagrees after that, write to us with your store address and we will look at the charge directly.
I can't create another bundle
You have used every bundle your plan includes. The Plans page shows how many that is, and what each plan raises it to.
Archiving a bundle you are no longer running frees the slot without deleting anything.
Still stuck?
Common questions covers what the app does, what it costs and what it can see. If none of it fits, write to us or email dev@oatsafrica.com.
Either way, tell us your store address and the name of the bundle. With both, the first reply is an answer rather than a question.
